We prevent cooking vapors and smells from rising because we extract them where they form: directly on the hob, from the pot, grill, frying pan or grill. This is not magic, but applied physics that follows the basic principles of fluid dynamics. We exploit a transversal current higher than the rising speed of the cooking steam.
